Frequently Asked Questions
Are utilities included in the rent?
No, utilities are not included in your rent. Your monthly rent covers your apartment only; utility, communications, and renters insurance charges are billed separately each month.
What are the move-in costs and fees?
To move in, you’ll pay a $100 admin fee, a $50 non-refundable application fee per applicant, and a $300 security deposit, plus your first month’s rent installment. If a guarantor is required, there’s an additional $50 non-refundable guarantor fee. Once you’ve moved in, your monthly bill also includes a $55 utility fee, $15 renters insurance fee, $25 communications fee, and a $3 valet trash fee.
Is parking available?
Yes. We offer both guaranteed and non-guaranteed parking. Guaranteed parking is $50/month; non-guaranteed parking is $40/month. Availability may be limited and a waitlist may apply.
Can I request a roommate?
Yes. Our application includes a roommate request section where you can list specific people you’d like to live with, along with any preferences or accommodations you’d like considered.
Do you offer roommate matching?
Yes. We use the information from your application to match you with roommates who share similar preferences and lifestyles whenever possible.
Is renters insurance required?
Yes. Renters insurance is required and billed at $15/month.
What is the pet policy?
Pets are not permitted at the community. Approved service animals and emotional support animals (ESAs) are welcome with the appropriate documentation.
