LEASE TERMS

At Liberty on Eighth, we keep leasing simple and student-focused. Our shortest lease term is 12 months, with the added flexibility of being able to sell your lease if your plans change. Combine that with simple deposits, affordable utilities, and no guarantor required, and you’ve got an easy move-in experience.

Length: 12 Month Minimum
Security Deposit: $300
Guarantor: Not required
Insurance: $13/month
Utilities: Flat rate $53 utility fee, $25 communications fee

FAQs About our Student Apartments

What is the decorating policy?

Residents are free to decorate their apartments (with roommate/housemate approval), but any damage costs will be taken out of the security deposit.

What do I need to bring to my new apartment?

Apartments are furnished, so residents just need to bring personal belongings and bedding.

Can residents add a roommate later?

Yes, if space is available.
